1The class will be canceled for the day if there is no participant 15 minutes after the scheduled class. A class will be cancelled if during 3 consecutives weeks there is less than 5 participants. – Notice will be given before. Access to the class will be denied 5 minutes after the class started.

Group aerobic classes

Here are descriptions of group classes that can set up the current timetable. Please note, they are not all offered in one session or one session to another.

Aerobics
This class will stimulate you into a cardiovascular workout and a energy expenditure on a lively music to set the mood.

Ballet tonus
Inspired on Ballet and the self-alignment technique from Pilates this course allows you to work in a very deep way your core (abs and back) and is in general a good muscular toning workout. An excellent way to get a good shoulder – arm and lower body work-out as of an excellent cardiovascular work.

Boot Camp
An interval class, with a muscular and cardiovascular workout done in circuit. This class is for people in search of a new challenge. It's very demanding physically but requires little coordination.

Cardio Latino
Let yourself travel by the Latin heat with its music and its moves. Work on coordination and learn how to softly shake your shoulders and your hips. At last, delight yourself by learning different styles on Latino beat.

Cardio Step
It is an athletic and fun class, using a step for your cardio and lively music for rythm.

Danse conditionning
Dance your way to great shape! Improve core and functional strength, flexibility, balance and posture while enjoying rhythmic creative movement.

Pilates
A breathing and self-alignment technique allowing you to thoroughly work your core (abs and back). In general, a good way to improve your muscle tones.

Spin & Core tonus
A new and exclusive class in all downtown! The perfect combination of the aerobic benefits of spinning (endurance and resistance) with the all the muscular advantages of core toning (abs, thighs, and buttocks). Satisfaction guaranteed!

Step tonus
This class gives you the chance to improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. The intensity is directly related to the height of the platform you choose. This class is base on choreographies.

Toning with ball
A class based on muscle and postural conditioning with a Swiss Ball. Helps improve stability by working different muscle groups.

Body Sculpt
It is the mix of a step and Body Pump classes. There is a variety of accessories such as body bars, elastics and free weights to increase the level of intensity and difficulty.

Body design
This course is intended to improve your endurance and toning. Combine the pleasures of a group course with the benefits of a training session in the gym, to the sounds of an energetic music. This course is intended for beginners as well as more advanced participants, since it requires little coordination.

Spinning
Spinning (Biking, RPM) is a motivating group class offering you an intense muscular workout designed to improve your cardiovascular capacity. The class includes stretching periods before and after the course to prevent injuries. An excellent class to lose weight and/or for cyclists to stay in shape.

Tonus
The variety in this class, comes trough working with different accessories such as weights, elastics, balls, step, etc. depending on the goal of each class.

BUDOKON yoga
Physical practice draws upon ancient and modern yogic and martial arts styles. All Budokon techniques are designed to explore the body's full range of motion. The practice dances between agility, control, speed, power, balance and flow. The Budokon Yogic Series was heavily influenced by Iyengar and Ashtanga yogic techniques and alignment. The focus is on control, calm, power and precision. All in Zen's state of mind and ambiance.

HATHA yoga
Is what is called traditional yoga. This style is based on 5 basic principles, 3 of which will be seen in class, i.e. the postures (or asanas), breathing (or pranayama), and relaxation (or savasana). A typical class constitutes of a warm-up period, followed by a few sun salutations (suryanamaskar, i.e. postures done one after the other), and postures to end with relaxation (for all).

VINYASA yoga
Is a style of yoga in which we do postures one after the other, like in choreography. There are an infinite number of variations possible. The rhythm is continuous and fast-paced, which increases the heart rate. The synchronisation of the breath with the movement is very important. There are a lot of challenges to be met. It is very important to have a good knowledge of the basic postures (intermediate | advanced).

Yogalates
Yogalates is a method of training which allies practices of Yoga with Pilates. It strengthens, tones up, and improves the flexibility. Helps to manage the stress.

Zumba
Promoting total freedom of expression through the simple joy of dance, Zumba allows even the least coordinated participants to let off steam and just have fun moving the the rhythm of the music without focusing on a structured routine. Zumba is the new dance craze in over 75 countries. Viva la musica, viva Zumba!
